Another success story as disabled teens family are granted £4 million in compensation fees. The family of the 18-year-old who cannot be named, successfully sued Rochford Hospital in Essex. The teenager who was born at the facility in September 1992, left with a number of serious disabilities. She is wheelchair-bound, lacks meaningful speech, has learning difficulties and will need full time care for life.
