How we progress your claim:

The first step in your injury claim is to get all your details and all of the information surrounding your accident and your injuries.  We can then produce a letter of claim that outlines to the Defendant your accident and why we believe they have been negligent and therefore owe you compensation.  Once we send this to the other side they have a period of 21 days in which to acknowledge your letter of claim.  Upon acknowledgement of this letter, they then have a period of 3 months to investigate your claim.  Now, this is not to say that your claim will take nearly 4 months; in fact, they could admit liability within a week and things will progress much faster – but it is to say that they are legally entitled to this period to investigate your claim.
