This means that the negligence of a colleague falls on the employer, so the cleaner’s actions in this case ultimately led to their employer being liable for the claim.
We instructed several medical experts to examine our client and provide us with the evidence required to settle the claim on the best terms possible. Once our client’s employer admitted liability, we engaged in negotiating the best compensation amount we could, and our client was happy to settle the claim for just under £8,000.00.
