Theme Park Accident in Alton Towers

I was thinking today about accidents at theme parks in general – namely Alton Towers, as one of the UK’s largest and most popular theme parks. It’s actually quite close to where I live, and I’m thinking of heading down with some friends before the end of summer (which seems to be looming way too quickly). As I’m personally still suffering from my whiplash at the moment, I was wondering how this may effect it given it’s full of fast rides that will inevitably knock my neck around. But it got my thinking about the many theme park accidents there have been in the past.

I remember the runaway mine train accident back in 2006 (a year I went to the park – quite close to the event from what I can remember as well) when sections of the train were separated from each other , with some 20 – 30 odd people ending up injured. Looking back on reports, an air ambulance was even drafted in for some of the victims who were injured; you can find a video story of the press coverage here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spjD-7PDN6Q).

Whilst there is the obvious expectancy to get thrown around on a rollercoaster or frightened on a ghost train, health and safety at attractions like Alton Towers is of paramount importance. If you end up injured in an accident whilst on a fairground ride, and the accident was through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to compensation for any injuries you have suffered. If you have ended up injured because the staff have failed you or the ride has malfunctioned, you should speak with a specialist personal injury lawyer as soon as possible.

We represent people for theme par accident, and if we believe you have a good chance of winning the claim, we can help you out on a No Win No Fee basis. This means that, if the case doesn’t win, you will not have to pay any costs to us at all. We only ever take on a claim if we think we can win – so we can guarantee that if anything were to go wrong you will not be charged.

If the claim wins, I have some great news for you: not only are you able to access potentially thousands of pounds in compensation, but you will still NOT be charged for the claim. You always keep 100% of your compensation (if you are awarded £5,000, you will receive £5,000) as there are no deductions, and no hidden charges. We simply recover all of our legal fees directly back from the other side – e.g. Alton Towers’ insurance.

We actually work on what we like to call a Genuine No Win No Fee basis which means that we, unlike most other law firms, we actually back up our promise not to charge you in writing by confirming that we will NOT seek to recover any fees from you if the other side fail to pay us.

It’s a guarantee that we think no other law firm can offer as well as we can. Whilst most may tell you they won’t charge you, their agreement probably states the opposite.

So, if you end up injured at a theme park like Alton Towers and you need our help, or if you have been injured in any accident through no fault of your own, feel free to give us a call. To find out more, just call 0800 634 7575 today.
