Legal expense insurance is often included in many car insurance and home insurance policies. It is an aspect of your insurance that usually covers you for legal fees in the event of a non-fault accident claim. We feel that independant Solicitors instructed by you that specialise in the area can provide you with a much better level of service because they haven’t paid a fortune to acquire your a case and therefore dont have to run your claim cheaply.
There is no guarantee that independent solicitors, that specialise in accident claims and instructed by you on a no win no fee basis, will provide you with a much better service than the Law Firms that fill the pockets of your Insurance Company but in our opinion there is a much greater likelihood that they will.
If you are unsure always check out the testimonials of the Law Firm or the Injury Lawyer that you are considering instructing. There is no better way to Judge a company than by checking what there customers or clients say about them, so always ask for testimonials.
Also always make sure your injury claim will be dealt with by an actual Solicitor with experience and that they provide a tailored to meet your specific needs in order to get the best result for you.
