First of all, we offer you free legal advice, which you may or may not choose to take. That legal advice doesn’t tie you to anything with us, it is simply just to tell you everything you need to know about the claim you are looking to pursue. If after that legal advice you decide that you would like to use us as your injury lawyer then we send you some initial letters out, giving you more information about ourselves and the claim you are putting forward.
If you choose to sign the documents we send you, and send them back to us we then make a start on pursuing your claim as soon as possible. As we’re an independent law firm, we cut out the middle man. This means that we handle your claim ourselves, and therefore don’t have to wait for anyone else along the way.
We will assign one of our lawyers your case, they will then be the lawyer who handles your case and who you speak to throughout your claim. The lawyer who handles your case will then make contact with you at least every 14 days at a minimum. This will be to keep your updated with the progress of your claim. We like our clients to be informed of what’s going on at all times, this then provides them with a better service.
