We’re independent – we’re not part of any other firm, we’re not attached to any insurance company, and we have nothing to do with any claims management companies. We therefore dedicate all of our resources to our clients, and do not waste any money on buying or referring cases.
We Work on the Genuine No Win No Fee
We work on a Genuine No Win No Fee Basis – this means that, win or lose, we never charge you for our work. We only ever take on a case if we think there are reasonable prospects for success; so we are happy to take the risk of your case on if we think we can win – but if we don’t, we charge you absolutely nothing – not a single penny.
If we win your case, your compensation goes direct to you – we never make any deductions from your payout, and we will never be billing you or charging you. So, you receive 100% of your compensation amount, and you are not charged for using our service – we simply recover all of our legal fees directly from the other side at no cost to you.
Our Genuine No Win No Fee means we actually limit our legal fees to whatever we recover back from the other side – so if we ever incur a shortfall, we specifically and uniquely put in to our agreement, in plain black and white English, that our fees are restricted to whatever we get paid by the other side. This means we cannot charge you – even if we wanted to (which we wouldn’t of course!).
The key difference is that a standard No Win No Fee may say that your solicitor will only seek to recover your fees, which means they will only try to recover them. If they fail, they are well within their rights to recover any outstanding amount from you.
So, unlike most other law firms, we limit our legal fees and therefore cannot charge you any outstanding amount – ever! How’s that for a fantastic safety net in your claim?
We Care About Our Clients

We endeavour to update you at least every 14 days (which you really don’t see with other firms), we endeavour to return your calls, deal with post, and deal with emails on the same day (as part of our Same Day Service), and we endeavour to get the maximum amount you are entitled to claim for. What We Are NOT
We are NOT a Claims management Company – we do not buy, sell, or refer claims on to any other firms. We are against the idea of accident victims’ details being passed around for profit, and we advise any accident victim to go to an independent lawyer directly.
