How it works

Split Liability – what if more than one person is at fault?
What if there are two vehicles involved and they are both equally at fault; agreeing to split the blame 50/50? What happens then?
You can still make a full 100% claim for compensation. What commonly happens is that one insurer will deal with it in its entirety and then recover expenses form the other to reflect the fact that they are only 50% liable for your claim.
