Vehicle Details – Get Them!
Ideally, registration numbers of any vehicles involved would be great. Getting the name and ID number of the taxi driver can also help, as can getting the ID number of the taxi itself as well. You may want to report it to the company as well to make sure that the details have been properly recorded. But usually if there is a collision then details will need to be exchanged between the parties to sort out insurance claims.
Medical Attention
It’s useful to either visit your GP or go to a walk in centre for medical attention for your injuries as soon as possible. If it’s whiplash, there isn’t a lot that can be done about it other than managing the pain with medication. But it’s still useful to have attention anyway.
