100% Compensation
Most lawyers will take 25% from your payout because the law changed in April 2013 that stopped lawyers being able to recover all of their fees from the other side. We can still recover fees, just not all of them.
The Success Fee is now what lawyers are charging their clients up to 25% from their payouts for. This isn’t recoverable from the other side, and is capped to 25% to be taken from your payout.
But for most types of claims like work accident claims and public liability cases, we waive the Success Fee charge so you keep all 100% of your payout. And you don’t incur other charges in place of it – we simply recover what legal fees we can and take the hit so you keep all of your compensation.
Specialist Personal Injury Lawyers
Loads of other lawyers may deal with other types of law as well, but we don’t. We just specialise in personal injury claims, so we’re the experts in our field. It’s also another reason why we can offer 100% compensation agreements because we’re very efficient at what we do, thanks to our specialism in personal injury.
