It’s easy
The law change doesn’t mean we have to take 25% from your payout, it just means that we can take up to a maximum of 25% (capped by law) from you to cover the Success Fee which is no longer recoverable from your opponent.
So we don’t have to charge you it – we choose not to!
We can still recover legal fees from the other side, so all we are doing is accepting less fees by taking the hit and not recovering the Success Fee from you.
How can we do this?
