Well we’re pleased to say we have just done it again! In almost identical circumstances, Mr O has also just settled his whiplash rear end shunt claim with us for £5,000 as well!

The average minor whiplash payout – which the vast majority of people fit within – settles for around £2,500. The circumstances were similar to Mr S we blogged about last week – a rear end collision when Mr O was stationary on the road.
